Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Letter Studio (letterstudio.cc), a product by NVYLO, collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
Your letters and documents
Letters you create in the editor — including text, names, logos, signatures and stamps — are saved in your own browser (local storage and IndexedDB) so your work is there when you return. They are not sent to or stored on our servers. PDFs are generated in your browser. You can remove saved work at any time with the editor's Reset option or by clearing your browser's site data.
Saved letterhead profiles are also stored in this browser. A profile may include your organization name, logos, contact details, registration text and banking details. Delete individual profiles using Brand → Saved Letterheads, or clear the browser's site data to remove all profiles. Resetting the current letter does not delete saved letterheads.
Information collected automatically
When you visit, standard technical information is processed to deliver and improve the site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages and approximate location derived from your IP address.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which templates are popular. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies. You can learn more at how Google uses information from sites that use its services and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense on public content pages when ad serving is available. The document editor does not load AdSense. Advertising helps support the free service.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info or www.youronlinechoices.eu.

Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, ad and analytics storage defaults to disabled. Where a consent message is available, it explains your choices and how to change them. If no message is shown, storage remains disabled; consent is not assumed from continued browsing.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Because we do not hold your letters, most personal information related to ads and analytics is processed by Google; the links above let you manage it directly. For any request, contact us at hello@nvylo.com.
Children
Letter Studio is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
